She has consulted with senior executives in accelerating business strategies through executive coaching, succession planning, senior team development, creation and implementation of leadership development programs, high potential programs, and organizational change management. Tina was Senior Vice President in a fortune 50 company. Under her leadership, her teams worked to ensure the company leveraged its human capital investment while creating a unique and positive experience for its 300,000 employees. She has built effective teams and has created innovative solutions for complex issues.
Passionate about community, and service, Tina served on the board of the Minnesota Science Museum and the Allina Hospice and Homecare Partners in Minneapolis. She has served as a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association, leading support groups for caregivers.
Tina is dedicated and enthusiastic about working with clients to develop their full professional potential and ensure they live the life they love. As a coach, she creates the environment for individuals to discover their strengths and make changes that create personal productivity and efficacy.
Tina Decker received her doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology with a Neuropsychology specialty, from Florida Institute of Technology. She has a master’s degree in psychology, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, majoring in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.
