Jill Soucy is a passionate leader of strategic talent management and founding partner of Innate Force Coaching & Consulting. She helps individuals, teams, and organizations create a vision for what’s possible, turn ideas into action, and realize their potential.
Jill is a possibilitarian. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she inspires and guides individual, team and organizational capabilities by helping people gain awareness of their innate talents that will allow them to reach their greatest potential for leadership, engagement, and performance. Through her no-nonsense yet compassionate approach, Jill facilitates positive change in individuals and creates synergy across teams and organizations.
Jill has worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for 19 years and is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management for the Alumni Association.
She holds a BA in Psychology and Human Services from Simmons College and an MBA from Simmons College School of Management. In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Jill holds a Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Babson College and is a certified MBTI Practitioner.
