Jason Boron serves as a leadership consultant helping others focus their individual strengths to achieve personal and professional goals. Jason founded Leading Strong, LLC because he wants others to discover the power that comes with living a strengths-based life. Jason’s coaching practice is founded on the principles of positive psychology and strengths. As a Gallup Certified Strength Coach, Jason helps others grow in the knowledge and practices of strengths through guided conversation and intentional practice.
Jason has designed and conducted leadership coaching focused on helping teams and individuals leverage their talents since 2007. He has presented a variety of programs and workshops in both the higher education and non-profit sectors, including leadership development, effective communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, performance enhancement, and coaching. He is committed to providing experiential learning opportunities to individuals and teams aimed at improving performance.
Before founding Leading Strong, LLC, Jason served in higher education for over 15 years. As a member of the senior leadership team in Residential Life at Purdue University, his responsibilities included program development, student success, and training and development.
Jason graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. and West Virginia University with an M.S., and worked as a student affairs professional at both West Virginia University and Purdue University.
