I learned that my sweet spot is creating community quickly among geographically and ethnically diverse teams. Through using techniques like Improv and role play, these groups have fun, build trust quickly and let their guard down, which leads to cementing tight relationships that collaborate well. In the last two years, I've facilitated six international teams that are interdependent and high functioning. I love working with people from varied cultures and helping them appreciate the strength in that diversity.

Teri launched her own consulting practice in 1999, and she now works with organizations to provide coaching and facilitation in the areas of Strengths-based performance, leadership development, employee engagement, and team building. Teri is also faculty and mentor coach for People Acuity, a Strengths Strategy Company, where she has mentored over 50 coaches in the Strengths-based approach.
