I am a HR executive and attorney with 8 years of senior HR leadership experience coaching senior managers and executives on diversity, equity and inclusion as well as Strengths-based leadership. I practiced law for 25 years and therefore have a unique perspective on the the intersection of culture transformation, inclusive leadership and litigation avoidance.
I offer anti-bias training, but my preference is to focus on culture, rather than trying to "fix" biases. I also coach leaders, teams, and individuals on how to discover and utilize their Strengths for personal and professional success.
