Using a unique multi-cultural perspective paired with strengths-based coaching, I connect individuals, teams, and team leaders with the tools they need to multiply effectiveness, reach goals, and solve problems.
Everything would be great, if it weren’t for other people! If you feel that way, let me help you use Clifton Strengths to flip your perspective from what needs to be fixed to what is right with you and others and how to get more of it. As a Strengths Coach, my goal is to work with individuals, teams, and managers to help them discover how each person is uniquely gifted and how to develop and use those gifts in partnership with one another in a way that multiplies effectiveness to reach goals, increase productivity, and solve problems.
My goal as your Strengths Coach and Trainer is to move Clifton Strengths from an interesting personality assessment to mindset that changes the way you do business and interact with others. My talent is in creating training specifically designed for your needs and includes pre and post coaching, a unique online, self-paced coaching program. My motto is, Never stop growing!
I first experienced the transforming power of focusing of a strengths-based perspective in 2007 when working as the Head Librarian with a staff of seven at an International School in Russia. Since that time, I have been learning and developing strengths-training and workshops for schools and international non-profit organizations both in and outside of the US. Let me help you discover how we are each uniquely created, gifted, and need one another to be our best. This strengths-based perspective aligns beautifully with a wise words from the Bible: “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace” (I Peter 4:10).
My home base is currently in Nampa, Idaho, but am willing to travel to speak and lead seminars and workshops, especially with people working in cross-cultural or international settings. Contact me to find out how I can help you grow your talent into strength.
I am the daughter of a Syrian-Armenian immigrant and grew up in the Los Angeles, California area. I have been developing, and leading Strengths Seminars and workshops for non-profits and schools since 2008.
