In addition to Santor’s coaching and training experience, he is an MBA professor who teaches subjects such as leadership, diversity in the workplace, marketing, management, global supply chain, and entrepreneurship. Lastly, Santor has corporate experience beyond academia, more recently working as a project manager in Shanghai, China for Walt Disney Imagineering and a supply chain manager for a NASA Center.

As a fellow entrepreneur, I've co-founded several companies - including a staffing and recruiting agency for digital talent, a creative studio focused on graphic novels, produced an indie comedy sold to Icon Productions, and a digital agency for premium brands.
I am currently the founder of Life Work Integration, coaching entrepreneurs and leaders globally. In addition, I’m an executive facilitator for XLN (the Executive Leadership Network), and I conduct workshops for Vistage groups, YPO forums, and EO Chapters.
As a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), a global business network of 13,000+ business owners in 57 countries, I have served as chapter president and spent 3 years helping EO open new chapters in Africa, China, and South America.
I was a Tedx speaker in 2016 and have served on the boards of Make-a-Wish LA and AIGA LA.
Born in NYC, I grew up in Iran, went to boarding school in England and then France before returning to the US to attend Syracuse University, earning a BA in French and an MA in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship.
I have been a competitive fencer for over 40 years, have won 3 Veteran US National Championships and have represented the USA 6 times at the over 50 World Championships.
Over the years, I have found that focusing on 3 simple things drive me:
1. Always learn and grow. 2. Accept responsibility to change (within me) what is no longer acceptable. 3. Guide others along the way.

I served for several decades as a director and internal consultant for a multi-billion dollar corporation leading collaborative teams in innovating the work. Together we saved in excess of $147 million dollars, and achieved top tier performance in safety, customer service, and operations. To master my strengths and contribute my highest and best, I pursued my MBA, along with certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, and Open Book Leadership. I also served as a state-level Baldrige Examiner for performance excellence.
I am privileged to be nominated and awarded the Small Business Administration's 2018 Women In Business Champion for the State of Oklahoma for my mentoring and coaching work with women business owners.
