For more than 20 years, I've studied Positive Psychology. I've lived it, breathed it, can't keep my mouth shut about it! Once you discover how to relate to what's RIGHT with people (instead of being fixated on what's wrong with them), it's hard to go back.

Finally, after coaching for a dozen years "under the radar," I set out to get legit. I studied transformation under Synergy Education, Inc., and Landmark Worldwide. I was certified as a Strengths Strategy Coach in 2015 and became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in 2016. In addition, I'm a Certified Facilitator of Law of Attraction. I've also embarked on a Neuroscience coaching certification to be completed in late 2018.

My focus over more than two decades has been maximizing human potential. And I do it by promoting and evangelizing all things strengths! I am the original StrengthsNerd and I envision a world in which every person has the opportunity to live and work and play and serve in ways that are innate and powerful in them. And most importantly, that they are valued for their contribution.

My most powerful space is in helping people cast a new vision for their business and life through a process that by-passes old neural patterns and creates new ones. I offer digital programs + coaching that helps you move away from what's not working in your life. From there, we get clear on what you really want and then hack your brain to find new possibilities and a new path. Contrast to clarity brings vision.

I'm so excited to work with you!

You are called to something. My passion as a coach is to help people understand that calling by focusing on who you are, not a job title that you may have now or in the future. As Donald Clifton once said, when you discover your talents you begin to discover your calling. When you invest in those talents to become strengths, and begin using those strengths, you fulfill your calling.

My story is unique, involving seminary, international missions, new church plants, with a great mix of the corporate world. As I discovered my own talents through Gallup’s Clifton Strengths, I realized I was empowered to succeed in a variety of work environments. In other words, my calling (from a great Greek word, "kaleo") had to do with the positive application of my strengths instead of a job title.

I am passionate about coaching people to understand how the calling in your life begins with what is right about you; i.e., your natural talents. I have coached both teens and adults in one on one coaching sessions, or in group workshops. Regardless, my strategy begins by interpreting your Clifton Strengths results, diving into coaching sessions to understand how your talents have been influencing your patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, then carving a plan to aim those talents at your goals for providing a good work in your community. My clients include high school students, church staffs, and chiropractic teams.

As your coach my desire is to consider ways to build you up in your strengths to the good work you are called to do throughout your community.

My name is Travis Guse and my passion as a coach is to empower emerging adults and the organizations they work for to be their best through Strengths-based coaching solutions.

My primary focus is working with organizations that are seeking to better engage both Millennials and now Gen Z for the sake of their mission and purpose. With our growing economy, retaining employees is becoming more challenging for organizations. With more jobs, employees have more choices for work than they did a decade ago. As a result, employers face increasing competition for high-talent performers. Emerging adults are seeking for organizations to invest in their development in a holistic approach both personally as well as professionally. Those organizations that make this a priority will find that emerging adults with be significantly more engaged in their work, especially when they can discover how the best of who they are connects with the organization's mission. Not only that, they will have a better chance of retaining them. To this end I offer Strengths-based leadership development coaching, team-building workshops, training managers to be effective coaches, and assisting in career direction.

As an ICF certified Life and Executive Coach and a Gallup Strengths Coach, I have been coaching individuals and organizations to discover and live out the best of who they are in life since 2008. I also offer ICF certified coach training to raise up internal coaches within organizations. Currently I am earning my doctorate in the field of Coaching with a focus on empowering Millennials to discover and live out their meaning and purpose in life. I have also contracted with government organizations to do Strengths team-building workshops, and currently have SAM & DUNS registration.

Hi! I’m Liz! As the Chief Operating Officer of a successful Start-Up, I brought Gallup StrengthsFinder to our company to make the most of our employees and bring out their best talents. I am a firm believer that those who live and use their Strengths are happier and more productive both at home and at work.

One of my favorite activities is playing Human Tetris. I love meeting with our teams and finding out what they like and what they hate. Discovering how their talents are being utilized on a daily basis and then reassigning projects or roles based on the best use of talents, has become an enormous productivity boost in our organization.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I know that everyone has a combination of Strengths that is unique to them. Working with a coach to understand, embrace and direct those Strengths is a powerful experience. I believe in a holistic approach that supports both your career and personal goals. Each area of happiness in your life improves your ability to be more productive in another.

A couple of summers ago, I had the unexpected opportunity to coach one of Paul Allen’s sons, (Paul was Gallups Global Strengths Evangelist). It was fun to meet his son, but I didn’t think much of our brief conversation. A few months later, while listening to a Gallup Called to Coach podcast, I was astonished to hear Paul share our story with the world.

In hearing him recount the incredible impact our, seemingly insignificant, conversation had on his son; it made me realize the power of coaching. I have since elevated my coaching skills even further by gaining certification through the International Coaching Federation and I want to bring this opportunity to individuals and organizations everywhere. Reading your strengths report is interesting, but having a Strengths Coach support you in turning those Strengths into action is a life-changing experience and the reason I became a coach.

If you are ready to transform your life or your organization, I’d love to speak with you.

I help people experiencing Life’s Big Changes and Challenges develop their strengths and increase their resilience
Show Julie Wechsler, Ed.D.'s bio

Whether you’re a student making a big decision about your future, or someone who’s a little farther along in life and dealing with change or an unexpected health issue, you have the opportunity to thrive.

Maybe you’re not sure what’s unique about you, or how best to use what you have to manage the experiences you’re having. Maybe you just want more out of life but aren’t sure what it is or how to get there.

I help people assess their wellbeing, identify and develop their strengths, and create action plans and accountability systems to move from just surviving to thriving.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with lots of people using this strengths-based approach to wellbeing. Over a five-year period, I provided strengths coaching to more than a hundred students. Many of these students started college not knowing what was special about them, but at our college they were given the opportunity to discover and develop their strengths. Retention and student success improved, and many of these young people are now attending graduate school, working in meaningful careers, and experiencing high levels of wellbeing.

I've also worked with cancer survivors, and other people dealing with a big change like retirement or the loss of a job. By identifying and developing their strengths, and clarifying their goals, I’ve seen people experiencing health challenges and big changes begin to thrive through a focus on their strengths.

And lastly, here’s a story about how a strengths-based approach to wellbeing worked for me. In 2015, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I spent the next year in treatment. At first I couldn't imagine how I would manage. But because of my experience as a strengths coach, I knew that I'd be more powerful more engaged if I used my strengths. So I created a plan to use my Relator, Futuristic, and Maximizer strengths to build relationships with other patients and the nurses in the infusion room, and together we designed our healthy futures. It wasn't always easy, but I know that I was stronger and more resilient throughout that year because I focused on using my strengths. Twelve months later, the Doctor described me as NED - no evidence of disease - and I was free to resume my life. I'm different now, and much more clear about my life. As a result of my cancer journey, I've also become very clear about the power of using our Strengths to experience wellbeing.

If you're experiencing changes or challenges in your life, or aren't sure about what's next for you, I believe I can help you with your next steps. Here are a few of my qualifications:

Coaching Credentials: Certifications from Gallup and the College of Executive Coaching Education: Ed.D. Educational Leadership, M.A. Communication, B.S. Business Administration Experience: IBM, Organizational Development, Training and Facilitation, 12 years in the Maricopa Community College System. Regular presenter at regional and national conferences on the topic of strengths and wellbeing Personal: Wife, Mom, Step-Mom, loves yoga, the outdoors, and the beauty of Arizona

Please contact me for a conversation about how I might help you. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Grow with Strengths - Growing People Growing Companies As an HR professional of a rapidly growing company in 2010, I fell in love with the philosophy of Strengths. I decided to lead the efforts in building a Strengths-based organization and never looked back. I was surprised at some of the things I saw early on in the process. Very quickly, people built strong relationships at work where they gave each other the benefit of the doubt. Over time, they challenged and supported each other more. We wove Strengths into the onboarding, performance systems, and everyday conversations and meetings - people and teams grew stronger, listened more effectively, and asked for help more. We built a culture that was so strong and obvious, both internally and externally. It helped our recruiting and retention. Managers became Coaches for their teams and gave feedback in real time.

What I believe to be true: When we pause to give each other the benefit of the doubt, we open up the opportunity to connect, understand and find the true value in ourselves and others.

I take the time to get to know each individual on the team - and we all dive in together. My style is energetic and thoughtful. I believe that we learn through practice and we have a lot of fun while we’re learning. I’ve been fortunate to do work that I’ve really loved for over 30 years in HR, talent development, coaching, employee engagement, and wellness.

Here's what I do well - please let me know if I can help you and your business. 1. Develop managers into great coaches that win. 2. Build a nimble organization poised for growth and change. 3. Build the culture you want to get the results you want. 4. Keep the great talent that you worked so hard to acquire.

Here's what people are saying about working with me as a coach or facilitator:

Cindy and I worked together from 2013-2017. In that time she exposed me to the wonderful world of StrengthsFinders. It was part of our on-boarding to take the assessment and learn about our strengths. As I learned more about the strengths I have, Cindy was there to help guide me and my team through team building workshops to see how these strengths worked together across the team. Cindy is very knowledgeable in StrengthsFinders and the work we did in her workshop changed the course of our team dynamic for the better. We were able to communicate more kindly to one another and utilize our strengths appropriately in the tasks and projects we were assigned. Cindy's work is beneficial to any team whether they are in rough waters or not. They will come out better than before with Cindy leading the boat.

For a period of over 30 years, first as a corporate human resource management professional, more recently as a university professor, and now as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a major part of my mission has been assisting individuals in the process of ‘learning how to learn.’ That endeavor has been characterized by a tripartite philosophy of teaching/education that views education as the key to knowledge, knowledge as the key to understanding, and understanding as the key to our continued collective existence. In service of that philosophy I take an approach to coaching that focuses on helping clients learn to discover knowledge, rather than relying on a training model or rote learning, and strive to accomplish learning goals within an environment of mutual respect and dignity.

Maggie Harris

HENDERSON, Nevada, USA

We are all familiar with the phrase "When a door closes, a window opens." For many, it’s just rhetoric - usually from some well-meaning friend or family member. For me, it is the absolute truth that led me to become an inspired and transformational coach.

I’d always been that kid in whom others could confide and I remember being astonished when people would share their fears and insecurities. I saw (and see) so much in people – things they don’t see are haven’t ever realized. And I told them so!

Fast forward to college where I majored in Communications and then onto a career in Advertising and Marketing. Somewhere along the way, I realized that the part of my job that I loved the most – and where I was most successful – was in relationship building and talent development. In fact, it sometimes felt as if I was the only person who realized how critical the people were to the success of the organization.

So, in 2016 I left a 29-year career in Marketing and Advertising and decided to do what I loved more than anything and I became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Consultant.

I was first introduced to Strengths in 2002 when I was part of a team who brought it to the Advertising agency where I worked. I fell in love. I worked with Strengths for the next 14 years and when I left the agency world in 2016, I knew that it was my calling.

My consulting and coaching focus is in three areas:

1. Leadership (Individuals): I work with leaders of organizations to understand their talents and help them turn those talents into Strengths. Each client is different and requires different approaches. Strengths is the cornerstone, along with creating positive habits and incorporating the principles of Emotional Intelligence.

2. Leadership (Teams): The very best leaders know their strengths and their limitations. The most effective leadership teams are made up of individuals who complement each other and are not only self-aware but know how to self-regulate. The beauty about working with Leadership teams is the positive effect the work can have on an entire organization.

3. Organizations with 10-150 people: From my early years of working with Strengths, I have been worked with teams. Team dynamics is one of my passions and I have been successful at working to identify team strengths and how people can not only be aware of what others bring to the table but accept and embrace the differences. I help create highly engaged teams which lead to higher productivity, positivity, and profit.

My 30 years in Marketing and Advertising provide me with a perspective that many companies appreciate because I have first-hand experience of what many of them face daily. Organizations that are highly creative, high-energy and matrixed are among my most successful clients.

I have worked with Marketing, Advertising and PR companies as well as manufacturing, non-profit and higher education. I prefer small and mid-size companies where I can really get the know the people and understand the mission.

My top five Strengths are Harmony, Positivity, Maximizer, Developer, and Connectedness. I love what I do, and I am fortunate to do what I do best every day.

My effective zones:

1. Strategic Operations Management - I am likened to a ship’s rudder, a gatekeeper, a litmus filter. I steer conversations and discussions, and regularly challenge decisions and action plans. However, this is not with intention to be a pain to disrupt or create contention. Rather, it is with the aim to harness collaborative synergy of thoughts and perspectives to arrive at the most appropriate (quality) course of action.

2. Human Entrepreneurship. It is my innate desire to identify, establish and activate a person’s intrinsic potential (a talent scout/director). It is to encourage the individual to develop his/her strengths zones and so become more effective, engaged, and productive at life. Like fire starters, an enzyme binders, I seek out the best in each person, identify their unique talent zones, bring these individuals together and fuse them into high energy teams.

3. Calibrator – Barometer – Pole Vaulter: The images are chosen to reflect my propensity to qualifying work and services from the point of quality and meeting expectations. It is a statement of my commitment to upholding the professional integrity of delivering on quality. Much like a pole-vaulter, there is always another notch higher for the reach. Likewise, there is an inner element which propels me to pursue and bring out the next best in the individual and the organisation.

Life gave me opportunities to work in diverse fields from engineering to sales and marketing; from insurance and banking to retail operation and education.

With more than 20 years of work experiences, I have identified and established that my core effective zone is in harnessing the efficiency and effectiveness of individuals and processes. The outcome of identifying, understanding and empowering personal core effective zones fuels the individual to gain greater confidence in themselves. The collaborative sum of these effective individuals will form a highly effective team.

Certified both a Gallup Strengths and a Prepare-Enrich Coach, contact Eric establish if there is an appropriate match of core competency to help you or your organisation become more effective and productive.

My mission in life is to help individuals to identify their inner talents and their needs, enabling them to achieve their goals in a way that is engaging and fulfilling. I focus on empowering individuals to ask for what they want and to be intentional about their goals, thereby increasing the opportunities to achieve personal, team and ultimately business success.
