With 10 years of experience coaching MBA's, undergraduate students, and professionals in career transition, I can help with job search strategy, personal branding, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and networking. My specialty is strengths-based career coaching so my clients usually start by taking the CliftonStrengths assessment and learning to leverage and communicate their strengths during their job search or career transition.
20 years in higher education leadership, teaching, advising, and career counseling allows me to mentor others to do what I do. I love to train other career coaches, business leaders, and educators to help their clients, employees, and students to step into strengths-based careers.
I love to share my experience. Contact me for individual strengths-based career coaching or for professional training as a webinar or on-site training for your next professional development meeting or to partner with Soar to provide coaching to your students or employees.

This was the beginning of a unique personal journey that would include membership with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and community service with First State Mentor Corps (Americorp). Jabin earned a Bachelors of Applied Economics and later an MBA from Wilmington University.
Jabin is married to his best friend Diana and they reside in Fort Worth, TX with their four extraordinary daughters.
I am a career coach certified in both the CliftonStrengths and MBTI. I coach professionals in the healthcare industry and college students to leverage their unique talent themes to reach their professional goals with clarity and productivity. My expertise is twofold. With certifications in other career assessments, I help clients who feel stuck in their current careers and need to clarify a more fulfilling career path. With changing life roles, our values may have shifted, which need clarity while considering given marketplace trends (as shown on www.O*Net). I also maximize individual and team talent themes for meaningful success and well-being.
While innovation and technology are influencing all sectors of the economy, my mission is to help teams and individuals maximize the best of who they already are and deliver their unique contributions to build a trusting and effective community engagement. I believe innovation is most valuable when the the outcomes deliver a positive impact for humanity, not just individuals. To achieve this, I help individuals develop their raw talents to a mature level of performance that's beneficial to all.
I have been honored the 2016-2017 Woman of the Year Award with NAPW because of my commitment and leadership to my profession.
My deep passion to become a CliftonStrengths coach evolved from my first career as a school psychologist. As a school psychologist, I routinely saw students disengaged from their educational programs, which resulted in my concern for their transition to college and later employability. Therefore, to help all professionals increase engagement and students to attain their educational goals, I furthered my education in Career Education and Counseling. I also became certified in CliftonStrengths, MBTI and the Strong Interest Inventory to create the most positive impact in my coaching sessions with professionals and students. I should also note that I am an avid painter.
With Maximizer being my first theme on the StrengthsFinder, I am hard-wired to leverage on your talent themes. I am energized by helping both professionals and students achieve professional breakthroughs through the lens of Strengths. This insightful discovery occurred when I received a customized report, igniting a transformation in my personal development, my career, and my purpose. I look forward to your transformation with CliftonStrengths.
I'm excited to help young business professionals and corporate teams reach their greatest potential. As a Strengths Strategy Certified Coach, I am equipped with the tools and skills to help facilitate powerful personal discovery and transformation that leads to higher performance. My goal as a coach is to create a safe space for you to discover how to keep your strengths out of toxicity and in the A+ Zone.
If you are anxious to discover and connect to your unique purpose, leverage your strengths to deepen your impact, and improve your overall well-being and happiness, I want to work with you!
As a consultant at VF Corporation (Vans, Timberland, The North Face, etc), I facilitated team-building workshops with executive and retail teams across the US. While the Director of HR & Operations at Safe Harbor Crisis Center, a nonprofit providing advocacy and shelter service to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, I rolled out a strengths-based curriculum and provided one-on-one coaching to advocates and administrative staff. As the Talent Manager at Reckitt Benckiser (Lysol, Mucinex, Durex, etc), I've provided coaching and team-building consulting to cross-functional teams in the CPG industry. As an independent contractor, I've provided coaching and workshop facilitation to individuals and teams all over Utah and North Carolina.
I am an LGBTQ+ activist, recruiter, employee engagement specialist, training designer, performer, public speaker, facilitator, millennial, video content creator, singer, athlete, fundraiser, nonprofit board member, and life coach.
In 2010, I attended a workshop on the Gallup Campus as part of the Special Olympics National Youth Activation Summit. Having taken the CliftonStrengths assessment prior to attending, I was already amazed at how accurate it was and how well it described me. During the workshop I had the opportunity to understand even more about the assessment, about the potential impact, and how it could be used for individuals as well as teams.
Being so impressed by my experience there, I purchased a dozen StrengthsFinder 2.0 books and passed them out to my team at Special Olympics North Carolina. All of my staff and interns took the assessment and we started our journey into being a strengths-based team. We began to work together more effectively and not just meet but surpass goals year after year. After seeing the success with my team, the rest of the Special Olympics North Carolina staff took the assessment as well as the statewide Youth Council.
In 2013 I was one of the first 100 students in Gallup's Accelerated Strengths Coaching class and earned my certification as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. I've had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages - teens to adults - and all professions - from front line and technical staff to executive teams and boards. In 2018, I was also trained in Employee Engagement using the Q12 assessment and process as well as the Builder Profile 10 for Entrepreneurs.
Moving to Colorado in 2016 I started Pikes Peak Coaching & Consulting to spread the benefits of strengths based teams and coaching to the Pikes Peak Region, Colorado and the rest of the mountain states.

Grow with Strengths - Growing People Growing Companies
As an HR professional of a rapidly growing company in 2010, I fell in love with the philosophy of Strengths. I decided to lead the efforts in building a Strengths-based organization and never looked back. I was surprised at some of the things I saw early on in the process. Very quickly, people built strong relationships at work where they gave each other the benefit of the doubt. Over time, they challenged and supported each other more. We wove Strengths into the onboarding, performance systems, and everyday conversations and meetings - people and teams grew stronger, listened more effectively, and asked for help more. We built a culture that was so strong and obvious, both internally and externally. It helped our recruiting and retention. Managers became Coaches for their teams and gave feedback in real time.
What I believe to be true: When we pause to give each other the benefit of the doubt, we open up the opportunity to connect, understand and find the true value in ourselves and others.
I take the time to get to know each individual on the team - and we all dive in together. My style is energetic and thoughtful. I believe that we learn through practice and we have a lot of fun while we’re learning. I’ve been fortunate to do work that I’ve really loved for over 30 years in HR, talent development, coaching, employee engagement, and wellness.
Here's what I do well - please let me know if I can help you and your business.
1. Develop managers into great coaches that win.
2. Build a nimble organization poised for growth and change.
3. Build the culture you want to get the results you want.
4. Keep the great talent that you worked so hard to acquire.
Here's what people are saying about working with me as a coach or facilitator:
Cindy and I worked together from 2013-2017. In that time she exposed me to the wonderful world of StrengthsFinders. It was part of our on-boarding to take the assessment and learn about our strengths. As I learned more about the strengths I have, Cindy was there to help guide me and my team through team building workshops to see how these strengths worked together across the team. Cindy is very knowledgeable in StrengthsFinders and the work we did in her workshop changed the course of our team dynamic for the better. We were able to communicate more kindly to one another and utilize our strengths appropriately in the tasks and projects we were assigned. Cindy's work is beneficial to any team whether they are in rough waters or not. They will come out better than before with Cindy leading the boat.
My secret sauce? Yep. I have one...
1- My team strengths and expertise in different areas.
2- My leadership training and employee development programs consider the symbiotic nature of the mind-body connection and its impact on performance, leadership, and decision making. Because of this, I can guarantee that transformation in relationships, results, and revenue will happen.
3- I have learned how to access my "inner-tools." As a Mindfulness practitioner and my own personal journey to enhance my health, energy, and performance, I understand how to "hack" our biology and psychology to meet the challenge of living a "productive" life, fight back the effects of stress, and self-lead to become an effective leader. I bring those tools to a robust and whole-self training program that will shift a person and a workplace environment.
All training, coaching, and retreats for Strengthen-TheTeam™ | StrengthenHER™ | Strengthen-TheLEADERSHIP™ | Strengthen-TheSalesTeams™ and LeadershipBIOHACKING™ integrate evidence-based strengths psychology, emotional intelligence, health and wellbeing principles, alongside the neuroscience of multiple brain integration, and mindfulness.
My business mission statement:
To provide our corporate and individual clients with an innovative, science-backed and applicable strengths-based development program improving ROI, relationships, and well-being to boldly influence, execute, and purposefully live.
Bottom line: I facilitate a more effective leader, interdependent collaborative team, and company-wide strengths-based culture shifts, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, that improve engagement, retention and a happier more productive workplace environment.

** I have powerful testimonials, not on this platform. Contact me for the PDF at email@example.com.
I am in the superpower business. I help people name their talents, take ownership of them and then use them to do amazing things.
I am a Strengths sherpa. I help amazing people find their way by exploiting the talents they possess. I help them see the path forward, select and haul some of the tools while noting their successes and recommending ways to work past stuff that gets in the way.
I am especially interested in working with:
1. People at a transformational point who are trying to figure out what's next, like job seekers, career changers and those who feel stuck.
2. Organizations who want staff to be happier, more effective and more engaged. I have done this with government, libraries and non-profits.
3. Anyone desirous to be more aligned with their hows and whys.
I used to be a research librarian. I have a knack for helping people figure out the questions they are trying to ask and then helping find the resource that hold the answers. It's a librarian thing.
I used to be a Mariner. I have been in the middle of the ocean and found my way with the stars, a sextant and a compass. Now I help people find their way with their Strengths, desire and effort. It's a navigator thing.
So if you want to release your superpowers and you need a coach, a sherpa, a researcher, a navigator, then we need to talk.

I really like how Lorraine uses her past work experiences and perspectives to provide advice that comes from the 'trenches.' “How you see the world is how you sell to the world” It also is a HUGE factor in what kind of a referral business you are building. Would you like to earn MORE referrals? Would you like to sell BETTER and EASIER?
A. Referrals have a 70-90% closing ratio….and a 92% retention rate, generally spending 5x more than other methods of gaining business
B. Most salespeople say that referrals are their favorite way to get new business…yet most do not have a system!
C. Strengths Zone training measures your natural talents though the Clifton Strengths Assessment, then shows you how to build
PEOPLE SELLING IN THE STRENGTHS ZONE…
• Know exactly how they are wired, and have a better appreciation of how their clients are wired
• Have a system to generate referrals that increase sales, consistently
• Know how to develop relationships with new contacts, and how to keep those relationships ongoing
THIS IS WHAT WE HELP SALES TEAMS AND ENTREPRENEURS DO:
1. Understand how natural talents influence people how to buy and how we sell- and how to work in our own “Strengths Zone”
2. How to build a system to generate a steady stream of referrals all year
3. How to work with current clients and contacts to increase referrals and sales
LONG TERM EFFECTS OF TRAINING APPLICATION IN THE FIELD
1. More business from current clients and customers- better utilization of time vs. cold calling
2. Immediate positive impact in networking results
3. Knowing what your “sweet spots” (strengths) are how to spend more time working in them for better bottom line results!

At every interaction, I aim to blend productivity and progress with an authentic and warm spirit that helps spark the inherent strengths in each individual, always championing and celebrating the potential in others. Whether your need is individual coaching or strengths-based workshops, I am dedicated to developing and delivering transformational educational solutions.
As a small town Kentucky girl, I began my career as a counter manager with one of the largest beauty brands. For more than thirty years I grew with this family company, experiencing the transformative power of developing others through education and leadership development. As Global Head of Education for a billion dollar corporation, I had exposure to varying levels of effective education. During my career I was sold education that didn’t quite hit the mark: lecture-heavy workshops with little to no learner engagement and no behavior change back on the job. As a result, my team had to create talent development programs from scratch--programs that were known as the best in the industry. Since starting my company, potential., we have become known for delivering education programs centered around dynamic, hands-on experiences that transform people, teams and organizations. Today, I’m joined by a best-in-class team of facilitators and coaches who set out to empower individuals to achieve their greatest potential.
