Leadership Coaching for the Future
I am a leadership coach with eighteen years leadership experience serving in non-profit organizations (churches, higher education and healthcare). I am passionate about helping people find their leadership strengths and narrowing their focus to achieve maximum impact for organizations and career development. My Doctoral dissertation focused on leadership development of the Millennial generation. I enjoy working with both seasoned leaders and emerging leaders and helping each be able to work together in strong and healthy teams to achieve both the organization mission and build leaders for the future. I provide both individual coaching services and team workshops that focus on strategic next generational leadership development.
