Executive Coach and Consultant serving enterprise clients. Soar Evangelist. Gallup Certified Coach. Hogan Certified Coach. MBTI Certified Coach.
Jason maintains clarity of belief in his ability to help others maximize their true potential while living fulfilling lives. He approaches every day by leading with positivity and viewing life through a lens of gratitude. His leadership vision blends the best of his experience in military, retail, union, and corporate environments.
Outside the office, he serves as a member of the school board and as a Cub Scout den leader. In his free time, Jason pursues adventure through travel, photography, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
Jason obtained his J.D. and M.B.A from Texas Tech University. Licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and Texas, he partnered with clients who spanned the entire socioeconomic spectrum. The practice of law provided a “doctorate” in human behavior and interpersonal dynamics in a manner that no classroom could replicate. Over the course of his practice, Jason’s core group of clients utilized his skill set as trusted legal advisor and business consultant. Realizing the potential to serve a broader audience through consulting, he made the full-time transition to executive coaching in 2013. Prior to the practice of law, Jason worked a host of odd jobs to fund his undergraduate education. He attended Texas A&M University on an R.O.T.C, scholarship and obtained a B.S. in Journalism. By the time he turned 21, Jason led on organization of over 300 members of the Corps of Cadets. Commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army, he spent ten years as a reserve officer.
