Jeff has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Narrative Coach Core Practitioner. He enjoys using creative methods such as Lego Serious Play to help his clients actively create their future. As a coach, he strongly believes in the inherent wisdom and significant potential in people. They are the masters of their solutions; as such, he has learned to guide them safely through their zones of discomfort and toward shifts in thinking and behavior that lead to greater congruence between their overarching purpose and near-term priorities, ultimately leading to enhanced levels of engagement, learning, and performance.
Jeff is also a proven leader in the field of Organization Development as he has helped leaders, executives, and their teams in multiple industries take control over their future by actively engaging in what he has termed the three core conversations: Grounding in Reality, Envisioning Possibility, and Prioritizing Action. He has learned that it is only by establishing alignment both within and across organizational units around the decisions that emerge from these conversations can an organization truly move forward to create sustainable change.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy where he learned many practical lessons about effective leadership that serve his work to this day.
He is certified in many tools and assessments, including LEGO Serious Play, the Birkman Method, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), MBTI, and Korn Ferry Voices 360.
