Mary brings a unique balance of business acumen and creativity; her approach was cultivated over her 11-year tenure at Estee Lauder, where she trained some of the most creative and analytical minds in the industry. As Director of Global Education, she helped build and maintain Bumble and bumble University, among the "best in class" in corporate education programs, attended by top-level executives and small business owners alike. Her workshops, known for their open, safe and fun atmosphere, quickly gained popularity, becoming the most requested classes in The Estée Lauder Companies.
Mary’s warm and engaging facilitation style is informed by her many years as a professional actor. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Performance from the FSU/Asolo Conservatory, as well as a Coaching Certification from New York University.
Originally from Minneapolis, Mary is now a New Yorker, living in Manhattan with her husband, son, and their beautiful (and very expressive) dog, Trixie.
