Steve Lerer is the Founder of Steve Lerer Coaching. He is also Ph.D. Candidate in Education and Human Resource Studies at Colorado State University where he studies Strengths-Based Development.
Steve is a strategic, high-performing professional with leadership experience and expertise in learning, change, and organizational management. His professional history includes designing learning and talent development programs with a focus on strengths-based approaches for individuals, students, employees, and organizations. He has strength and expertise in leading management initiatives to promote outreach and engagement, recruitment, staff development, retention and succession planning. Steve is also one of the few coaches who has completed the Gallup Strengths Advanced Coaching training and the Coaching Builder Talents training.

Steve received his B.A in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and his M.A in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University. He was also recognized in 2018 as one of the 20 under 40 in Merced County, California.
Steve is also a husband, father of three, triathlete, and Ironman finisher.
