Helping individuals discover and pursue their purpose
TJ Warren is a coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. He is a child-at-heart and his positive approach to coaching will encourage you in more ways than one.
TJ earned both his B.A. in Elementary-Middle Level Education and M.A.E. in Post-Secondary Education: Student Affairs from the University of Northern Iowa. After working in a variety of areas in higher education, he navigated his way to the area of career services. Through his career services roles, he has discovered the amazing concept of vocation and/or calling; something he truly feels called to help young people understand and consider as they embark on their own journeys.
What TJ does best is help individuals discern who they are and how they can contribute to the world. He coaches young individuals who may be trying to figure out their next steps after high school, college, and/or a recent personal and/or professional setback. Though a majority of his clients tend to be high school and college students, TJ's speaking and coaching practices are applicable to individuals of all ages and would greatly benefit businesses, leaders, faculty, and administrators as well.
TJ's coaching and speaking expertise includes years of facilitating workshops, keynotes, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. His education not only includes his bachelor's and master's degrees, but also five instrumental coaching certifications including the Clifton StrengthsFinder instrument. As a Certified Strengths coach, TJ uses the StrengthsFinder instrument to help individuals unlock their unique talents and become more self-aware and confident in their own unique "why" and purpose in the world.
You will find a friendly, caring, and enlightening individual in TJ, and he will challenge you to think and focus on what is most important in your life. For more information on TJ's services and background, connect with him on LinkedIn or contact him via email.
